The target audience for this session is the songwriters and musicians at SPOT as well as others with an interest in the subject. The idea behind and possibilities of Creative Commons – a new way of protecting copyrights – as well as the idea behind and the possibilities of the Danish administration systems – KODA, Gramex, and Copy-Dan will accounted for. The aim is to shed light on the facts of copyright and, as part of this, to provide the audience with information on the choices and possibilities Danish musicians and songwriters face when it comes to securing their copyright interests.
