Even though they all have a background in the budding Danish jazz environment, the members of Bandapart are also devoted to noise rock. Comprised of guitar, Wurlitzer, bass, and drums, the band moves about in a borderland with hints of Duke Ellington and Sonic Youth in a dusty, floating atmosphere characterized by melodic textures.
