With a basis of flute, saxophone, and percussion, the trio Alpha presents new minimalist compositions, experimenting with laptops, electric amplification, and improvisation. The classically trained musicians have a varied repertoire – ample in sonorous contrast – which goes beyond the usual domain of classical music.
